The Nashville metro reaches from the city out to Murfreesboro and Franklin across Middle Tennessee, with a median age under thirty-seven, warm summers, cool winters and a lot of rain over the year. Diogo is based in South Florida and coaches online. Nashville is on Central time, an hour behind me, so your evening call is my later evening, which works.

How coaching works from a distance
Diogo is based in South Florida and coaches online. Your workouts live in the Trainerize app, you weigh in twice a week, you send progress photos every two weeks, and we talk on a weekly call scheduled around your time zone. Between calls, you can message me with questions.
My hours are all over the place. Can a plan keep up?
Yes, if it is written in sessions, not days. If your hours change week to week, with late nights, weekend work or a second job, a fixed Monday-Wednesday-Friday plan breaks the first time the schedule moves. So the plan says how many sessions the week needs, and the weekly call places them once you know your hours. Two sessions in a hard week still count, and a short home session is always an option when the gym is not. The routine survives the schedule because it never depended on it. If your schedule is fixed instead, the plan pins the sessions to the same days and times, which is even easier to keep.
Does the plan change with the seasons here?
The outdoor half does; the lifting does not. The station figures above give Nashville warm summers, January lows near freezing and a lot of rain over the year, so the best time for a walk or a run moves with the season: early or late in July, the middle of the day in January, and indoors on a wet week. The strength sessions stay on the same days all year. Routines tend to slip when the season turns, so the first weekly call of each season is where we reset the outdoor work and check that the lifting has not quietly lost a day.
