What happens next
After you send, we talk.
Coaching is one-to-one, so it starts with a conversation, not a checkout. Here’s the whole path.
You send it
Instagram won’t let a website fill in your message for you, so the last step copies it. You paste it into the chat with Diogo and press send. Nothing leaves this page before that. If you used the application form instead, it goes to Diogo when you submit it.
Diogo replies
A normal conversation, not a script. What you want, what your week really looks like, what you’ve tried and why it stopped. If it looks like a match, he’ll invite you to book a call and go over the right level and length for you. If it isn’t, he’ll say so.
Day 1
If you both want to go ahead, you start. Your workouts live in Trainerize and your plan is built around your real schedule from the first day.
If you’re tired of starting over, tired of making excuses, and you’re ready to become the person that you know you’re capable of being, then send me a DM with the word transform, and let’s get to work.
Before you apply
Fair questions.
Not seeing yours? Put it in the message. That’s what the conversation is for.
What happens when I apply or DM TRANSFORM?
You send the word, with or without answers. I reply, and we have a normal conversation: what you want, what your week actually looks like, what you’ve tried before and why it didn’t stick. No script and no pressure.
If coaching looks like a good fit, I’ll walk you through the right level and length for you. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you straight. Here’s how to apply.
How much does coaching cost?
It depends on the level of support you need and how long we work together. I’d rather talk with you first and then go over the options that actually fit, than hand you a price list for a plan that isn’t built for you. That conversation happens in the DMs.
I always start strong and then quit. Is this really for me?
It’s exactly who I built this for. Starting over usually isn’t a willpower problem. It’s a structure problem: a plan made for someone with nothing else going on, nobody checking in, and motivation doing all the heavy lifting.
I know the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it, because I lived in it. So the work is building the structure and staying on the other end of it with you.
