What this site does with your data.

What the site collects

There are no accounts and no checkout, and this site has no forms of its own that send your information to a server. The Apply page asks a few questions to write a draft message for you, and it runs entirely in your browser. What you type there isn’t sent to this site, stored or shared. It only builds the text you choose to copy, and that text leaves your device only when you paste it into Instagram and press send yourself.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security, under its own privacy statement. This site doesn’t use those logs.

Analytics

This site does not currently run analytics. If that changes, it will use a privacy-focused tool that counts page views and button clicks in aggregate, and this page will say so.

The full application form

If you choose the full application form instead of the Apply page, you leave this site: it is a Google Form. What you type goes to Google and to Diogo, and Google’s privacy policy applies to it. The form asks for contact details and a few questions about your goals, your routine and any injuries or limitations. Diogo uses your answers to decide whether coaching is a good fit and to get back to you. Please share only what’s relevant.

When you send a DM

The Apply and DM buttons lead to Instagram. From that point you’re using Instagram, which has its own privacy policy. Diogo will see what you send and uses it to reply and to work out whether coaching is a good fit. Please don’t send sensitive medical details in public comments. Share what’s relevant in a private message.

If you become a client

Coaching involves information you choose to share, like goals, training history, weight, progress photos and check-ins. That information is used to coach you. Workouts are delivered through Trainerize, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Client information isn’t sold, and progress photos or results are never shared publicly without your written permission.

Embedded media

Videos and images on this site are hosted on the site itself. Links to Instagram and the application form open another site in a new tab, and that site’s own privacy policy applies there.

Questions

The fastest way to reach Diogo is a DM on Instagram.
