Online coaching

Coaching, built around your week.

Personalized training, practical nutrition and real accountability, built around your real schedule. Fully online, wherever in the world you live.

The approach

Three ideas behind everything I do.

Most programs ask you to rebuild your life around the plan. I do the opposite.

Coaching

Small habits. Real structure. Lasting change.

  • Built around your life. We work with your schedule, not against it.
  • Consistency over perfection. Small actions add up when you repeat them.
  • Fitness that fits your life. Your routine should support your life, not take it over.
  • Accountability that keeps you moving. Motivation comes and goes. Having a plan helps you stay on track.
  • Progress toward independence. I’ll teach you how to take care of yourself so you can maintain your results long-term.
Training

Personalized training. Built for real life.

  • Built around you. Your goals, experience, schedule, and lifestyle shape your program.
  • A plan you can follow. Access your workouts through the Trainerize app, track your sessions, and see your progress over time.
  • Train smarter, not longer. Effective workouts that respect your time without sacrificing results.
  • Progress with purpose. Structured training, proper technique, and progressive overload tailored to your abilities.
  • A routine you can sustain. Know what to do, why you’re doing it, and how to keep progressing long-term.
Nutrition

Flexible nutrition. No unnecessary restrictions.

  • Focus on what matters. Learn to use calories and protein to support your goals without overcomplicating food.
  • Simple meal ideas. Get recipes and practical meal suggestions that fit your preferences and lifestyle.
  • No forbidden foods. No extreme meal plans or unnecessary restrictions. Learn how to make your favorite foods work for you.
  • Balance over perfection. Follow an approach that leaves room for restaurants, weekends, and social events.
  • Practical portions. Get ingredient quantities and portion guidance when they help you stay on track.
  • Skills that last. Build the knowledge and confidence to manage your nutrition long after coaching ends.

Your week

Fitness should fit around your lifestyle, not replace it.

You don’t need to live in the gym to make progress. Even one workout a week is a starting point. We’ll build a routine around your schedule, your goals, and what you can realistically maintain.

How many days can you realistically train?

Three is a common starting point.

Full-body sessions or a simple rotation. Enough frequency to keep progressing, with enough rest in between to keep showing up.

  1. Mon Train
  2. Tue Life Weigh-in
  3. Wed Train
  4. Thu Life
  5. Fri Life Weigh-in
  6. Sat Train
  7. Sun Life Check-in call

An example, not a prescription. Your real plan is built around your goal, your experience and the week you actually have.

What’s included

What working together looks like.

Nine parts, all built to make the plan easy to follow and hard to quietly abandon.

  1. A plan built around your life

Your goals, schedule, and lifestyle come first. We’ll build a routine around the week you actually have, not an unrealistic program you can’t maintain.

  2. Your workouts, organized in Trainerize

Every session is structured and accessible in one place. Follow your plan, track your workouts, and always know what to do next.

  3. Personalized nutrition guidance

Get calorie and protein targets tailored to your goals, along with practical recipes, meal ideas, and guidance you can use in everyday life.

  4. Progress you can measure

We track your workouts, nutrition, and other relevant metrics to make informed decisions based on your progress rather than guesswork.

  5. Weekly progress tracking

Two weigh-ins per week and progress photos help us identify trends over time without letting daily fluctuations distract you from the bigger picture.

  6. A weekly coaching call

We’ll discuss your wins, challenges, and progress, then identify what needs to change to keep you moving forward.

  7. Ongoing adjustments

Your plan evolves as you do. We’ll make adjustments based on your results, feedback, and changing circumstances so you’re never left guessing what to do next.

  8. Direct access to your coach

Have a question about training, nutrition, or staying consistent? You can reach out for guidance and accountability when you need it.

  9. Learn skills that last

Understand why your plan works, not just what to do. My goal is to help you become confident managing your training and nutrition independently.

Fit

Who this is for. And who it isn’t.

This is for you if…

  • You keep starting over. You’ve tried getting in shape before, but struggle to stay consistent.
  • You have goals you’re ready to work toward. Whether that’s losing fat, building muscle, getting stronger, improving performance, or a mix of them.
  • You want fitness to fit your life. Not a routine that takes over your schedule.
  • You’re tired of guessing. You want a clear plan instead of random workouts, extreme diets, and approaches that don’t fit your needs.
  • You’re ready to take responsibility. I’ll provide the structure and guidance, but you’re willing to put in the work.
  • You want skills that last. Not just short-term results, but the ability to manage your training, nutrition, and habits independently.
  • You want to break unhealthy patterns. Maybe comfort-seeking, partying, substance use, or endless scrolling keeps getting in the way of the person you want to become.

Not a fit if…

  • You’re looking for a quick fix. Lasting results take effort, patience, and consistency.
  • You’re not ready to participate. I’ll guide and support you, but your effort matters too.
  • You want extreme dieting. My approach is built around sustainable habits, not crash diets or unnecessary restrictions.
  • You need specialized addiction or mental health treatment. My coaching supports fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits. It isn’t a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

Progress

How we’ll know it’s working.

Progress you can measure. Habits you can build. Real progress goes beyond a number on the scale. We’ll track four key areas to understand what’s working, where you’re improving, and what needs adjusting.

  • Your weight trend

Two weigh-ins per week help us monitor your progress over time without overreacting to normal daily fluctuations.

  • Your physical progress

Progress photos help us see changes in your physique that the scale alone might not capture.

  • Your strength

We’ll track your weights, reps, and performance over time to see how you’re progressing in the gym.

  • Your consistency

Are you following your plan and building habits you can maintain? Consistency helps turn your efforts into lasting progress.

How it starts

Three steps. No pressure.

  1. Apply

Answer a few quick questions about your goals, routine, and what you’re looking to change. It takes about two minutes and prepares a message to send me on Instagram. Nothing gets sent until you press send. Start here.

  2. Let’s talk

If it looks like a match, I’ll invite you to book a call. We’ll talk about where you are right now, where you want to be, and what’s been getting in the way. I’ll want to understand your goals, your current routine, what you’ve tried before, and what kind of support would help you stay consistent.

  3. Find the right fit

If I believe I can help you, I’ll walk you through how my coaching works and what I’d recommend based on your goals and lifestyle. We’ll figure out the next step together. If I’m not the right coach for you, I’ll be honest about that too.

Where it ends

The goal is to stop needing a coach.

The physical changes are what you’ll see in the mirror. But what matters just as much is learning how to keep going on your own.

I’ll explain the reasoning behind your training and nutrition as we go, so you understand what you’re doing and why. The goal is to help you build habits you can maintain, even after coaching ends.

Whatever you achieve, you’ll leave knowing how to keep building on it.

Learn to take care of yourself. For good.

Questions

Before you apply.

A few quick answers to questions you might have.

All questions

What’s included in coaching?

A plan built around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. You’ll get structured workouts in Trainerize, personalized nutrition guidance, two weigh-ins per week, progress photos, a weekly check-in call, and adjustments based on your progress. You’ll also have direct access to me for questions about training, nutrition, and staying consistent.

Most importantly, I’ll explain the reasoning behind the plan so you understand how to make it work long-term. See how it works, step by step.

Do you coach people outside South Florida, or outside the US?

Yes. Coaching is fully online, so you can be in South Florida, another state or another country. Your workouts live in Trainerize, check-ins happen over messages, and we schedule the weekly call around your time zone. Here’s how online coaching works.

How do check-ins and progress tracking work?

You’ll weigh in twice a week and send progress photos so we can monitor your progress over time. We’ll also have a weekly call to talk about what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change. Your workouts and nutrition will help us make decisions based on your progress instead of guessing.

Will I depend on you forever?

No. That’s the opposite of the goal. I’ll teach you how to manage your training, nutrition, and habits independently, so you can keep moving forward even after coaching ends.

Do I need to train five or six days a week?

Not at all. You don’t need to live in the gym to make progress. Even one workout a week is a starting point, and we’ll build a routine around your goals and what you can realistically maintain.

Do I have to give up the foods I love?

No. There are no forbidden foods or crazy meal plans. We’ll use calories and protein as practical tools and build a flexible approach that leaves room for restaurants, weekends, birthdays, and your favorite foods.

Pizza stays.

Can you guarantee results?

No. Be careful with anyone who promises that. Your results depend on many factors, including your consistency, recovery, and how your body responds. What I can promise is a clear plan, honest feedback, support, and adjustments when needed.

Make this your last Day 1.

Tired of starting over? Let’s figure out what’s been holding you back and what you can do differently.

Apply in about two minutes. It’ll prepare a message to me on Instagram, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll talk about your goals, your lifestyle, and whether my coaching makes sense for you.
